Installation directly on the roller shutter grooves, no additional holes or cutting of roller shutter elements required.

The body is designed for the Ford Ranger Raptor and Wildtrak, model years 2015-2021, with a double cab and wind deflector. The appropriately contoured feet of the body fit perfectly into the angle of the wind deflector and harmonize with the overall styling and shape of the car.

Both the installation and removal of the bed rack are very simple and intuitive. Thanks to this, the car does not lose its ability to work and transport loads in the bed.

We have selected the height of the structure so that a roof tent with a shell length of approx. 147-150 cm fits perfectly behind the cabin.

Additional elements and holders for mounting accessories such as a hi-lift jack, entrenching tool, axe, or camping shower are also available for installation. The openings in the individual elements of the structure ensure its full functionality and the possibility of installing the necessary expedition equipment or even external lighting.

The entire structure is made without welds, using cold bending technology. The great advantage of this solution is its durability and aesthetics.

The dynamic load capacity (i.e., while the vehicle is in motion) is 150 kg, while the static load capacity is over 400 kg. The fasteners used in the roller blind grooves allow the pressure to be distributed evenly across the roller blind itself. However, if you are concerned about excessive weight, our range also includes roller blind brackets.

The conversion is also available for the new generation Ford Ranger Raptor and Wildtrak.
