1. Payment

Safe online payment with Visa or MasterCard. Payment forwarder in Euro is mbank. The transaction is protected accordingly to PCI DSS and 3D Secure

2. Prices

The current price is listed when you place your order.

3. VAT

23% VAT is included in listed prices. If you want to place your order as EU company with registered VAT number, prices with be calculated in placed order with 0% VAT.

4. Freight

Depends from size of package and country freight charges can be different. Freight cost will be given with basket details. We send all goods, even oversize pallets with roof top tent all European Union countries.

5. Delivery

Stock items are delivered in 2-7 days. Article are in stock unless otherwise noted in product card, you can also see the inventory number of each article.

6. Warranty

In general it is 2 year, certain information you will find in product card. EU Consumer Laws are fully valid.
All warranty is valid from Date of purchase.
Please contact us if any malfunction during warranty time. Defective item only is to be sent back by mail service to below address for replacement. Enclose copy of the receipe. Usually it’s possible to determine correct source of malfunction by replacing with another similar product (change fly in tent).

All information herein or supplied printed manuals are general and the installer must assure that fitting is possible or make such modifications that requires by the individual circumstances. BTM Maria Bancarzewska can not be hold responsible for any missuse or wrong handling by product or installation. If any doubt of skills, please take advise from professionals.

By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to receive email from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about new interesting gadgets, upcoming trade fairs, information about new equipment and accessories and/or special promotions and discounts.
